Rhett Dodson is the pastor of Grace Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Hudson, Ohio, where he has served since 2010. He previously served as an associate pastor and as a seminary professor. He and his wife, Theresa, live in Hudson.

Rhett became a Christian as a teenager. He went on to study at Bob Jones University, where he earned a B.A. and M.A. in Bible and a Ph.D. in Old Testament Interpretation. His doctoral dissertation was titled Discerning Truths of Holiness: The Theology and Message of Leviticus 11–15. He then studied apologetics at Westminster Theological Seminary.

Alongside his pastoral ministry, Rhett has served as an adjunct professor at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Michigan, teaching the New Testament's use of the Old Testament. He is the author of three books published by the Banner of Truth — expository studies in Joshua and in the Psalms of Ascents, and With a Mighty Triumph!, a study of Christ's resurrection in 1 Corinthians 15 — written to let the Word of God speak for itself and to point readers to Christ.

Rhett also loves his Scottish heritage. He is the tenth great grandson of the Rev. Robert Cunningham, a Church of Scotland minister who pastored the Barnweill Parish in Ayrshire in the 16th century. He is also the eleventh great nephew of Alexander Cunningham, Earl of Glencairn, one of the Lords of the Congregation who supported John Knox. The tartan banner at the top of the page is of the Dodd/Dodson tartan. The Latin phrase Nec Tamen Consumebatur means “and yet it was not consumed.”
